Join everyone’s favorite “Kitchen Pantry Scientist” Liz Lee Heinecke to explore some of the projects featured in her new book She Can STEM—projects ranging from paper airplanes to color-changing cabbage juice—and learn fun facts about some of the 50 trailblazing women in science who are featured in the book. (Ages 4 and up.)
